From time to time there will be a need to minor update your site (eg. changes of staff names, phone numbers, product list, etc.) This type of update is included in our Annual charge.
Major changes or re-writes will be charged at our current page charge or agreed hourly rate.
Further pages can be added at any time at the current page setup charge, without affecting the Annual charge.
What we do
We buy a domain name likely to end in .co.uk or .org.uk.
We register your selected domain name with the internet authorities.
We rent space from an internet hosting company for your web pages.
We submit your web site address to the Open Directory and 8 other major search engines.
What you need to do
Give us a copy of your organisation’s brochure or descriptive literature, plus any digital photos, that will serve as the basis for our web page design
Give us the names within your organisation for which you wish email addresses to be created.
Any supply companies web site address.
Work with us to build the web site.
You will be able to see the progress of your web site as we build it online.
We need you to view the site daily and tell us by phone or email of changes you would like , this is the most important part I ask you to do.
As I ask you for information please send it back as soon as possible.
